restore integrated graphics with no video?

I turned off intel bios integrated graphics inadvertently and lost my display on my Lenovo G50 laptop. Now I get a black screen. How do I restore bios to original setting without video?

disconnect power adapter from laptop, remove main battery from laptop, hold the power button down for a 20 count, re-install main battery, reconnect power adapter & turn on the laptop.
