So I was trying to install apps on my Acera Aspire 6930g laptop I put my computer in safe mode and did whatever I could to fix the 0 x 8 dot-dot-dot dot error when the computer finish with what it was to do it took me to that lovely blue screen I do not have a backup on my computer because it is new I do not have a disc because my dad who was the previous owner and told me he didn't have one so my only suggestion I have for myself is putting in a command prompt to restore or factory reset the laptop however I do not have one my dad is a computer programmer and told me he could look at it but right now they're in the middle of doing their taxes and it could be a while and I need to use my computer
