restore locks up at 18%

What happens when you try to restore to the factory settings and it won't do it. I get to 18% and it just stops working. Eventually I get an error message and it says it can't do it. I have done it four times and it always stops at 18%

Use the built in diagnostics to test the harddrive and if it passes Contact the manufacturer for an update restore disk set. I would not be willing to pay for these disk since it didnt work right 'out of the box'
