Restore sound and delete subtitles

Watching "The Grand Tour" on amazon via the Fire-Stick produced no sound and only subtitles,what can one do please?

Turn on the sound and turn off the subtitles. Not really a lot of info to go on, is this the only show this happens to? Turning subtitles on and off and muting the sound are very basic operations, easily gotten to through the options on your device.
