Restoring Toshiba L655-S5101 to Factory Default

I am attempting to restore my Toshiba L655-S5101 to the factory default, but am unable to and I really need some help! I have tried holding the '0' key while I start my laptop...it beeps and then the Recovery Wizard pops up. I click 'yes', and the the next screen comes up and I select 'factory default'...then I select 'recover to out-of-the-box.

The wizard starts - I get the 'copying files...' message and then 'now recovering...' After a little while, I get a new screen that states 'now creating CRC file...' After about 10 minutes I receive an error code: 10-FA12-045D and then it instructs me to turn off my computer.

I have tried this 4-5 times and it's the same result every single time.

I would really appreciate your help with how to try and fix this!

Thank you for the suggestion. I've tried everything that was suggested in that post with the exception of deleting the hard drive...nothing worked. any other suggestions out there?
