ROG Cerberus "Exclusive Promotion model,not for sale"

So I Recently buy a ROG headset cerberus but.
in the box it says Exclusive Promotion model,not for sale
and im getting a little worried because the sound is so low even though its a 6cm neodyium driver
am i in trouble i spend 38$ which is not alot for much folk but a bit expensive for me

Just because it's from an online shop doesn't mean you can't return it - they're still subject to fair trading laws.

If they won't accept the return, and you have a good reason to think it's counterfeit, you may be able to talk to your bank and get the money back.
