Roku and HD

I have a Panasonic HD TV. I don't pay for HD service with my cable provider because I'm cheap. If I use an HDMI cable with my Roku3 device, will I receive an HD signal when I stream programming?

If the streaming program is in HD you will see it in HD.
You could also add an antenna to your TV so you can get over the air free channels in HD.
