Question Roku Express and low battery message - How can I fix this if I have tried the instructions online?

After two months, my Roku Express is now giving me the low battery power message. I have gone through the steps to try to fix it and have even done a hard reboot. I cannot get anyone at Roku on the phone. Any suggestions of what I should do? Does age of the TV have anything to do with it?
