Question rtx 3070 ti to sony a95L via hdmi 2.1 gettting 60 HZ at 4k not 120 Hz?

I have a rtx 3070 ti connected to a sony a95L via hdmi 2.1. I am only getting 60 HZ at 4k, why not 120 Hz while gaming? The Sony says it can produce 120 Hz at 4k.

What HDMI port are you using on the TV? According to the specs only ports 3 and 4 support 120Hz.

my nvidia control panel only goes as high as 60 hz in disply/change resolution.

hdmi 4 on the sony which is their 2.1 port. does the nvidia 3070 ti have more than one hdmi port?

talked with Sony. they say the signal i am sending to the tv is 60 Hz. I am playing elden ring and the tv says it is getting a 4k signal at 60 Hz. evga says their video card can do 120 Hz at 4k. nvidia control panel says that I can do 120 Hz at 1080p but only 60 Hz at 4k. i am going to down load the latest nvidia control panel.
