RU-44SZ61D 44 inch DLP TV, 2004 model

What I want to know is there a way to adjust the convergence on the picture if the back is taken off? There is no way of doing it with setup (yes I know about pushing the remote setup the same time as the menu on the TV). I can see a slight misalignment on white words as there is a little blue line 1 mm above. This must be a physical adjustment, not one done with the remote. My TV uses the oldest DLP chip, the HD1.

I just found the Service Manual for this set. For all us people who don't want to throw away this great TV go to the following link for repairs and adjustments. I have to go over it myself, best of luck!!!
