Rubber strips peeling

My wife has a Dell Inspiron 13 notebook, and the two rubber strips on the bottom are peeling off.

What can I use to glue them back on?

We tried hot glue but that did not work.

ethyl cyanoacrylate is what super glue is in the uk might be called krazy glue or other names in other countries
