Boring...China...sounds like a perfect fit for their Government. It may actually be approved for distribution.

It is an American company, I wonder how long it will take to come up with some excuse why it can't enter the Chinese market. Then the next week there will all the sudden be a new Chinese startup company Derr with a new smartphone for the local market.
