The big advancement with this phone is that it will apparently be one of the first LTE phones on the market. Yota launched the first LTE network in Russia a few months back. They already have experience in manafacturing 4G phones. They worked in conjunctions with HTC to create the first WiMAX phone ever 2 years ago.
