S-Voice Problems H/3G=Network error Wifi=Network Operation Timed out

Hi , Today i bought a Samsung Galaxy S3

I have been waiting to use the S-Voice and the day has finaly come.

Allas it does not work .

When in H or 3g it says network error
When on Wifi it says Network Operation Timed out

All other functions on my phone work perfectly.

Since the problem i have rooted my phone and tried to solve the problem all has failed PLEASE help me i am very unpleased.

This worked for me: Switch language from English(US) to English(UK). My began working immediately.
