S6410 -modem UMTS

WinXP Pro can't see UMTS modem. I can't find where the BIOS settings to enable UMTS modem.

If the modem is an external device, there will be nothing in the BIOS relating to it.
The BIOS is only responsible for checking and controlling internal components & devices.

You need to install Windows XP-compatible driver software for the modem. This should have been supplied with the modem, or download from the manufacturer's website.
