I just bought a Fuji s8200 from sears.com. I researched the camera and it looked like the best option for my price range (around $250) I was playing around with it and it seemed to fail my expectations, especially in low light areas. My little Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX9 ($125) has better low light performance, and just better overall performance. Should i return the camera and look for something else? Here is a pic from the S8200 in low light, notice the noise.

There is no real reviews for that camera, aside from some Amazon customer reviews that don't give great detail. If you don't like how it performs, of course you should return it.

I agree with hang-the-9, if you aren't happy with the performance of the S8200 then you should return it. No point in keeping it if it doesn't perform as expected.
