Safe or Not Safe?

So, here is the story. One day i try to download some video editing app but i ended up downloading stupid software from a shady website and it install few app automatically. But i instantly remove it all. It probably a malware or trojan. But my CPU usage is 5-10 at Idle. Is that normal? Does that mean im safe from Monitored or Hacked thing? Please Answer.

Download malwarebytes trial and run a full system scan ... clear all the infected items if there is any ... and you are good to go ..
