samasung galaxy s4 wont save pics from the web

after downloading the update for my galaxy s4 i can no longer save pictures from the internet? before you could press and hold a pic for a few seconds for a list of options? but now theres nothing? any help appreciated

It could be that the update cause this to happen. But it is also possible that your memory is full and cannot add some unless you delete those that are not being used at all.
