samsung 19 inch tv goes blank

the tv comes on for about a second and then goes blank. the sound stays on. is there a reset for this tft-lcd tv?

Not sure what you mean by a "reset", for a 19" TV it would be cheaper to replace it rather than fix it. Did you try different inputs, do all do the same thing?
