Samsung A3 phone

Please my Samsung A3 phone not responding, I can hear some noise but screen 3 black can't make calls or answer calls

My Samsung does that if I accidentally swiped the brightness level to the left. I have to guess where it is on the screen to swipe it back to the right. Mine is almst at the top of the screen.

This is only one possible cause of a black screen.
