hope someone can help I was advised to factory rest my phone for a problem I had with play store so before I did this i backed it up then restored it but have lost all my apps and accounts like gmail and samung how can I get them back

If the restore failed, which appears to be the case, you can try a second restore and perhaps notice something that was missed or incorrect on the first attempt.

Otherwise, you may just need to reinstall the apps one by one.

Test between installs to ensure that all has gone well. Otherwise if there is continuing problem you will not know which app may be the reason.
