Samsung ativ book 8 Graphics upgrade?

I am wanting to play the best games on this laptop. I have recently been upgrading the laptop exchanging the hardrive to a tb samsung ssd. I added 8 gb to the ram making it a total of 16gb and I have upgraded the the wifi card to a duel channel great one. I am forgetting the exact model numer but it was an intel. I cannot find anything on the internet discussing whether or not this laptop can replace the amd card and if we could maybe upgrade the cpu to like an upper echelon intel. I am taking computer programming classes and am in the very beginning of my knowledge, so if anyone can give me an answer to my questions then please help, it would be greatly appreciated

Ok so I read the specs. What does an external graphics drive mean? It is dedicated but I'd said to be external
