I still wonder why the world went with GSM. Not having any electronic device with a speaker that my phone is near make buzzing and chattering noises anytime it's doing antyhing is worth the switch to Verizon all by itself.

All I can say about GSM vs CDMA is that you get what you pay for, and, correct me if I'm wrong, GSM is cheaper than CDMA to implement and run.
