Solved! Samsung galaxy note 5 when sending messages I get duplicates of my message , other person see 1

Samsung galaxy note 5,when sending messages I get duplicates ,but the person I m sending it too only sees 1 message.
So over it,I don t know what to do to correct the problem. Thank you Lynne

That is likely a problem with your carrier/service provider.

First try restarting (turning off and back on) the phone and see if this resolves it. If that does not work then try clearing out all your messages. Yes I do mean remove them. And should hat not work then you may want to go into "Settings" and update the PRL. If none of these resolve it, then contact your provider.
