Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 battery problem

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7.0 (Android)
When i plug it into the charger a little x goes through the battery symbol and says 'not charging'
What is wrong ?
How can i fix this ?
Please help !

Insuffecent current. Is it plugged into a computer? Try plugging it into the wall if it isnt already. If it is, then try using the power brick that came with your Tab.

Just tried but it still does not work. Any more ideas ???
