News Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6: All the rumors so far

That's great news. I am a senior power user artist illustrator and I fell in love with the Z Flip 5 after 10 years of the Note being my laptop. I do not like the Z Flip because the "micro" form of the Z Flip is way more practical for me but it needs the aforementioned upgrades especially in the camera. As soon as I unpacked the Flip5 last year I knew the future and hoped Samsung would follow though making it the flagship level it deserves and not just a trendy toy. Go for it Samsung and I and the marketplace will follow.

PS. (to Samsung) ... Market the Z Flip more like a space age power device and the choice of astronauts and not so much as fashion statement and make the carriers can sell a black one (and add a pen and an SD card lol) But at least fix the current "toy" camera thanks!

I got a Flip6 with a special deal from Google Fi. I like that it carries comfortably in my hand when folded and turns off automatically when I shut the phone as opposed to pushing a button or waiting for it to time out. I have found that the fingerprint reader is much better (ie it actually works without a lot of re-tries) than the last 2 phones I had, the Pixel 7 pro and a Samsung Galaxy, both of which were a nightmare to get the fingerprint reader to register. There's a lot to like about this little phone, but two things are almost a dealbreaker. First, I have been used to Google's Android and find that I highly prefer it to Samsung's "tweak". I find that the apps in a Google phone are just a lot friendlier. The second issue I have is that the speakers are VERY "tinny" sounding. I'm not a power user nor do I play a lot of music on my phone, but I do listen to some news articles and set different sounds for alarms, incoming messages, etc. It makes me crazy when I hear the alarm go off sounding like a kazoo. I know that my next Samsung phone will require a hands on experience before I buy. Sound is something that affects every user, not just the intensive power users. I think I will have my battery replaced in my Pixel 7 and go back to using it.
