Samsung j2 problem

What should i do if the soft keys of my samsung j2 prime does not working ? The screen near of it doesnt able to touch too.

Try restarting it (turn it off and back on) or, if that doesn't do it then have it looked at. Either by the manufacturer, if under warranty, or a local tech if it isn't under warranty. It may need a replacement or repair.
