samsung laptop screen replacement

I accidentally cracked the laptop screen for my Samsung laptop NP470R5E-X01CA...

I saw online for a replacement part, but the last part of the model was different.
NP470R5E-K02UB...
Is there a huge difference between the two?
It is a different country model...but should both still connect the same?

Take it apart. Read the screen panel model. Not the laptop model. Order that screen.
