Samsung laptop seveal keys not /stopped working.

My samsung Laptop Model No. NP300E5Z keyboard's several keys not working. Yesterday it was good but suddenly one by one approx. 7-8 of my keys stopped working..Wat to do to fix it. Also USB keyboard is working well.

I could be a few things. Possibly hardware problems, but maybe not because both your USB external and internal keyboards don't work. It could be a problem with your OS. I assume you are using Windows? If so, try to boot into safe mode. If you are running Windows 7 or lower hold f8 key while booting. If you are on Windows 8 follow this:http/

Once you have booted into safe mode, see if the keyboard works. If not, try going to device manager and uninstalling, and reinstalling the device driver for your keyboard. Then reboot into normal mode.
