Samsung laptop - thermal pad

Does anyone know what is the thickness of thermal pad in laptop Samsung NP-300 E5A or any similar laptop? I assume that the same thickness of pad is used in all Samsung laptops.

No, for CPU only thermal grease. I read that pad is used in GPU cooling. I just wanted to buy pad (with right thickness) before taking to pieces my laptop.
