Good day!
Please can you guys help me? My problem is my samsung laptop won't work. I mean the laptop turned on at first and when I saw a notification of Kaspersky about the restarting the computer because of some problems. I just click it, I thought it would restart but it didn't. So I just continued to use the laptop. As I use it, I clicked Google Chrome and it won't work. Something popped out, a warning that I can't use it. So I tried to turn it of but it says there are currently no power options in this computer. I panicked and pressed the power button so that I can turn it off. I know I'm bad at computer, so please help me. I NEED MY LAPTOP. ASAP
