Samsung lcd 32" no power - no nothing

I have a Samsung LN32C450 built Apr 2010 that worked for about 18 months and then quit. No nothing, no sound, picture, power light, clicking or anything. Capacitors look good and fuse tests okay. Voltage coming out of power supply board are out of pins 6 & 7. Voltage was 13.7. Other pins have nothing but I can't turn on the power so I'm not sure if they should have voltage present or not. I see some capacitors are marked 5v, 10v, 25v & 35v. Power Board is BN44-00338B model P2632HD-ADY is the number I see on the board. The sticker would be CN07BN4400338BDC077210932.

Any ideas as to what went wrong? I really appreciate your help!
