Samsung multiscreen problems

I can get the red lines denoting each screen but then they instantly disappear!
How do I get them to stay on the desktop so I can edit each one?

Edit what? Explain what you are doing a bit more. Are you just trying to configure the setup of the dual monitors?

I just bought a new Samsung computer and it has software called multiscreen. When I select the screen divisions the lines of the divided sections appear on the desktop but in a second they disappear! I don't know how to make them stay so I can put the internet screen into on and a calendar into another. I hope you can help me.

That software seems to be more designed for divisions of a single monitor. See here:

If you have dual monitors, you can just use the windows display tools, to setup an extended desktop.
