My laptop will not boot. It wont even go into bios, which means i cannot access boot order.

They both do.

Do you see anything on the screen, if you illuminate the display with a flash light?

It just shows the samsung logo.
The lcd is fine

Just to be sure: Pressing F2 won´t work to get into BIOS?

Remove the hard drive and try getting into BIOS or boot with a bootable USB flash drive, with windows install data (windows creation tool can be used to get this)

it will not, i tried and it shuts off again, and again, and again...

Remove the battery and AC charger, press the power button for about 1minute. Reinstall the battery and charger and power on again.

Do you have two RAM sticks installed? Remove one and try with only one. If this won´t work, exchange one stick with the removed one.

Reset the BIOS (this could void warranty if the device is still under warranty)
disassemble the notebook to remove the CMOS/BIOS batttery, wait for 10minutes and reassemble the battery and everything else.
