Samsung NP300E7A - replaced batteries doesn't work

Hello, guys! I tried to fix battery pack (which doesn't keep power anymore) - opened it, put new batteries (UltraFire 6800mAh 3.7V)), soldered properly wires, measured with tester - all is OK, 12V. But when I plug the pack back to notebook, it doesn't start (but works from AC though). What can be problem?

Also I found strange detail on battery board - 5mm cylinder 1.5mmø with shiny black cover and long, soft 2 wires. Can it be something like "protection from opening box"? Say, if light comes on this detail, it doesn't pass circuit anymore. This is my guess, yours welcome too!

Even though the battery is good, doesn't mean it will work correctly in that laptop. Aftermarket batteries for laptops are notorious for not working correctly, especially in newer models. Manufacturers are getting good at making their products only run correctly with the OEM parts. Same thing happens a lot with charger cords. Even smartphones and tablets are getting this way.

Your best bet is to return what you put in it and see about getting the OEM battery.
