you didn't give much info to go on but in general, this is usual an indication that the panel is going bad. There are "tab cables" connecting the panel to boards along the sides of the tv. These are usually bonded to the panel and CANNOT be replaced. They can develop issues in the bond and / or driver which is also part of the cable. Sometimes applying a slight pressure to the "bond area" may alleviate the issue IF you are lucky. IF so, people have used "soft flexible material" (spongy things like thermal pads used in electronics, etc) to help with adding pressure on a longer term basis.
