Samsung R520 Laptop

I'm after a budget laptop and the above looks quite promising. I plan on using it for:

Surfing the net
Connection it to my HDTV to watch streamed sports matches
Programming (VS 2010, SQL Server Management Studio)

Can anyone comment on this laptops performance, or suggest a different one with a similar that would match my requirements. I'm after a C2D specifically.

For your purposes, I think it will suit you just fine. On the other hand, have you checkout anything with the latest architecture, i.e. core i3, or i5? I suspect that you may be more satisfied with at least an i3 if you can find one similarly priced.
