samsung s 2x wont turn on

my phone restarted on its own last night, then it went through half of the restarting process but stops in the middle and just vibrates with a black screen..... ive tried taking the battery out about a hundred time but it keeps doing the exact same thing, even when i plug it in the screen is still black. how do i fix this???

Reset it to factory setting or hard reset it , i think it will solve the issue.
