Samsung s3 tablet. Black screen

I accidentally droped my tablet and you can hear everything but the screen won't turn on I hope the screen isn't broken
Help I'm freaking out

Hate to say it, but that sounds exactly like a broken screen. Not much you can do but to replace it.
