samsung s3 update to 4.3 problems random image notification

keep getting download image notification all the time is there any way to fix this?

Official update or custom ROM

You need to go to the download manager process.
1.force stop
2.clear cache
3.clear data
Then it should fix it anytime you download an app or an image. Worked for me atleast.

I have the same problem either. But it isn't like a huge issue. Do it like tmerc saids, it will work. I did that also.
