Samsung S6 active black screen/ Blu lite

Husband's phone. Woke up in am with black screen and blue blinking light digitizer still works. The phone is still working. I can hear the notifications and when someone calls. Read the blog about the the guy who had the same problem, but I can't turn the phone off. I have no access to the battery as the active is sealed for waterproofing reasons. Please help. Thanks

The screen has likely died ... take it in for service. Replacing the screen is still cheaper than replacing an S6 .. .as it is pretty new. Check and see if your warranty is still active.
