Samsung Smart TV Flickering - Model UN55JU7100 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD 3D Smart LED TV

The top half of the TV screen has been flickering occasionally for the past 4 weeks. Any idea what the issue might be? Here is a link to a video showing the issue-

Take your question over to AVS forum, there're a lot more user with the JU7100 over there. Someone may have experienced the same problem
