Samsung Smart TV PN60E8000 does not connect to modem or any other hot spot. All other devices (laptop, ipad, iPhone, bluray) connect no problem. Samsung tells me it's Verizon issue and Verizon tells me it's a Samsung issue. I've done factory resets and nothing. All started when I got a new modem so I thought that was the problem but now that everything else connects to new modem and the tv does not connect to any wireless device (modem or hotspots) I'm thinking it's the TV. Any thoughts? Thanks

Did you reset the TV? Maybe the old configuration for the old modem is conflicting with the new one.

Firmware of the TV is up to date on version 1057.0? You can update it via an USB flash drive
Would try to reinstall it if updated before.

The apps in the TV are updated as well?

You will have to connect the TV via cable to the modem.

Yes it did. Once we received the new modem it stopped so I naturally thought it was the modem but everything else works and Verizon (the modem provider) has run test and says it's not the modem as everything else connects to modem. Also the TV will not connect to any wireless (hotspot) so I'm now thinking it's the wireless function of the tv. The TV recognizes the wireless options but does not connect. Thanks

Just off phone with Samsung again and they now determined there is nothing wrong with the modem it's the network adapter n TV and they suggested a service repair person. Thanks
