Samsung Smart TV has a bubble like distortion inside. Not cracked outside. Fixable? Worth it? How? Where?

Without a picture I would say it is a defect in the LCD panel. Usually not worth replacing the panel itself. Even if it isn't still under warranty contact Samsung and send them a picture, They might help you out with a deal on a replacement if nothing else. Be diplomatic not angry. Can't hurt to try.
