Samsung smart tv require an adapter !!!

Why does my new Samsung smart tv require an adapter to connect to the Internet? Model UE46ES8000

You won´t need an adapter, just connect the ethernet cable into your TV and your router.

Or do you mean the wifi? You shouldn´t need an adapter as well. It has an integrated wifi chip.

Btw. this TV is very old. Production year would be 2012

Yes I mean the wifi! I did something wrong in TV's service menu. So I got this problem.

click on the menu....go to factory reset reset unit back. then click setup tab...go to ethernet or smart tv setting set it to ethernet.

did you factory reset the TV in the service menu or in the normal user menu?

I did the factory reset in the service menu. just like in this link.
But still the same situation.

set wifi to enabled in the service menu

in the menu SVC-> wifi

or try svc reset

under SVC, is the wireless MAC and wifi version visible? or just a "-"
