How do i get elexa towork with my samsung 7500 soundbar ?

Would the smart thing hub do the same as logitech as im looking to buy a hub ?

Smart Hub would allow you to control the TV with Alexa. If the soundbar is connected via HDMI-ARC that will work.
If you want to use the soundbar with other sources (bluetooth for example) then I suspect it won't control that.
