Samsung tab A

I need to know how to reset a samsung galaxy tab A, it is stuck on the logo screen. Someone please help me i cant do school this way. Help is always appreciated.

Well it is going to depend on what is causing it to freeze. I would suggest trying to put the device in safe mode to see if it will load. If it does, then there is an app (either newly installed or recently updated) on the tablet that needs to be removed.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.


1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable safe mode, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: Off" rather than On.
