My tablet wont turn on it has been put on charge no battery on screen or anything i have tried holding power button and up volume for 20 seconds and still nothing
You cannot take the back off it is a galaxy tab a6

You can take it off/open up the tablet, but how easily you can is a whole other story.

If the device is under warranty still, contact the manufacturer. If it isn't, then you may want to try a local tech.
