My Samsung tablet 4 is stuck on the logo screen and it won't turn off.I turned it off this morning because it was being slow and when it turned back on, it got stuck on the logo screen. I turn it off and then it turns itself back on, starting up again and showing me the logos but it keeps getting stuck on the Nook logo. The things is that it hasn't been charging since it started doing this too. What should I do!? Should I wait for it to run out of battery? I have tried the power off and volume down/up strategy, but nothing has worked.

Try starting the tablet up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load completely. If it will, then you probably have a bad app, virus or malware on the tablet. If that is the case you would need need to remove whatever is the case and then restart the tablet in normal mode.

If you can't get it to start up even in "Safe Mode" then you may need to do a "Hard Reset" but I would save that for a last resort as it will wipe all your personal data off the tablet.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message...

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
