Samsung tv blinks backlight but doesnt turn on

My samsung curved 55" UN55KS9500FXZC wont show picture. The backlight flicks on and off like it's trying to turn on but never does. I opened up the back and cant see any damage or blown capacitors. When I disconnect the main board from the power board the screen stops flashing and the backlight stays on solid. Does my main board need to be replaced?

Is the standby flashing?
Try plugging it into a different outlet.

Tried different outlets left it unplugged for 2 days. The red light flashes like it's trying to turn on. But gets stuck in a loop where the backlight flashes and it doesnt get past that
